We went for our weekly checkup on Monday the 12th and found out that I had really high blood pressure. The doctor sent us straight over to the hospital to deliver. We were SO nervous and excited....
The delivery went smoothly and she arrived at 8:45 that night. I'll never forget the way I felt when I heard her cry. It was like 9 months of prayer had worked...we finally had our HEALTHY baby girl. No spina bifida, no still birth, NOTHING was wrong. It was in that moment that I was reminded of the TRUE power of prayer...and the power of God alone. This pregnancy and birth was the absolute most amazing thing I have ever experienced. Larry is the most wonderful husband and I can not describe in words how lucky and blessed I feel to be living my life.
Ok, enough of that because I could go on and on. I'm really head over heels for this little one. :)
